The Pyramid Outline™ Method
The Pyramid Outline Method is a study methodology for law students, designed to provide focus, efficiency and effectiveness in the law student's approach to his or her studies. It enables the first-year law student to optimize available study time and prioritize activities, while dealing with the Socratic threat, and prepare comprehensively for the relentless approach of final exams. Law students can use this approach from the very beginning of their legal studies, thus enabling them to work smarter, and not harder, during that critical first year.
This method is described in The Law School Labyrinth- A Guide to Making the Most of Your Legal Education (Kaplan Publishing, 2009).
